Canapé Delivery Information
To ensure your canapés are delivered in perfect condition and meet your expectations, please provide the following details when placing your order:
The start time of your event, e.g., 12:30.
Your preferred delivery window, e.g., 9:30am – 11:00am.
Please note that we deliver 7 days a week during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 04:00 – 21:00
Saturday and Sunday: 04:00 – 20:00
We always strive to deliver your order at least 1.5 – 3 hours before the start of your event.
We are committed to meeting your needs and ensuring your event runs smoothly. Should you have any additional questions or special requests, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Delivery Information
We’re pleased to offer free delivery within Central London on all orders meeting our minimum order value.
If your delivery address is outside Central London, a small delivery fee may apply. But don’t worry – we’re happy to provide a tailored quote just for you!

Special Dietary Requirements
Yes, we absolutely cater to special dietary requirements, including Vegan, Gluten-Free, Diabetic, and more.
We also work closely with certified kitchens that meet the strict standards for Kosher and Halal cuisine, ensuring all requirements are carefully adhered to.
For every order, we provide a custom allergen and nutritional information list, tailored specifically to your selection.

Minimum Order and Selection Guide
Our minimum order is 100 pieces.
Selection Guide:
100 – 200 pieces: choose 5 different canapé types.
201 – 400 pieces: choose 6 different canapé types.
401 – 700 pieces: choose 7 different canapé types.
701 – 1000 pieces: choose 8 different canapé types.
Over 1000 pieces: choose 10-12 different canapé types.
If you require a larger selection outside of our guide, additional charges may apply.
Order Notice:
For orders up to 1000 pieces, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
For orders over 1000 pieces, we require at least 96 hours’ notice.
Orders placed outside of these notice periods may incur a late order fee and product availability may be limited. In such cases, substitutions will be made with higher-quality ingredients containing the same allergens to ensure consistency and satisfaction.
How Do We Keep Our Canapés So Fresh ?
Our canapés are freshly crafted to order, using only the finest, specially sourced ingredients to ensure exceptional quality.
To maintain the highest standards of freshness and flavor, our kitchen operates 24 hours a day, allowing us to prepare your canapés with care and precision, right before delivery.
We pride ourselves on excellence, which is why we never hold canapés in stock. Every bite is a testament to our commitment to quality and taste.
Cancelling an Order
We understand that plans can sometimes change, and you may need to cancel your order.Please note that ingredients for your order are specially sourced in advance. If you cancel after the timeframes outlined below, a charge may apply:
Cancellation Policy:
4 working days or more: No charge
72 working hours: 50% of the order value
48 working hours or less: Full charge
That said, we want to assure you that we very rarely apply cancellation charges. In most cases, we’re able to use the freshly sourced ingredients for other orders scheduled for the same day, helping us reduce waste and remain flexible for our valued customers.
